  I purchased a groupon from them because about 3 years ago I was gifted one from a family member. I loved the service and the girl who did it. She was kind and did a wonderful massage. So when my birthday rolled around this year I decided to treat myself and my mother to a foot massage. Saw they had groupon for 2 and figured "why not" I enjoyed them last time and I can save money. So I called them about a w33k before asking for an opening anytime that day for that service. They told me they could take me, but needed my groupon nuimber. I didn't have it one me so they told me to call back. I called back about an hour later and they said they had no openings. I tried several other days and times that would work for my mother and I and she said no everytime and then told me to get a refund and hung up on me. I called back thinking it was mistake, no business owner could be that rude, but she was. I let it go and was going to contact groupon about a refund, but forgot. So since my mother's birthday was coming up I figured let's use them, maybe with more notice we can get an appointment we'd like. So I called 3 weeks. I was told they don't go groupon on Fridays. Wierd. since that stipulation isn't on the groupon. So she said she's ask the manager and call me back. She was very polite and nice, however she didn't call me back. I called 2 more time and was told the same thing, that she'd call back. She never did. So with a week to go till the Friday we wanted to go in, I called again. Got the rude lady. She answered I told her the situation and she hung up on me. Didn't say hold or one moment, phone was silent for several minutes so I know she hung up. I called back the next day, was told they had no openings, to get a refund and she hung up. By this point my patience and kindness is done. I call back and let her know I'm pissed. She says what is she supposed to do? They have no openings because it's a day away. Of course I figured that. She was rude, unhelpful and plane disrespectful. Told me on several occasions to get a refund. Then said she would put me on the waiting list, but when I don't get in I'll just be upset. Upset? I'm already pissed!! So I tell her I'm already mad and you are no help. She says well call our dallas location maybe they will help you. This is when for the first time they tell me I can redeem my groupon at either location. I said ok, bye. Called dallas and they were kind, helpful and respectful. I couldn't get in for Friday, but her put me on the waiting list and booked me an evening appointment Monday. Dallas is open longer hours and 6 days a week. Call them NOT carrollton!! Will never give them business again!!
